In the years following the Apparition, numerous cures of a miraculous nature took place at Knock. The Archdeacon kept a special Diary of Cures containing hundreds of entries, all of which were published in the newspapers between 1880 and 1885. This Diary is on display at Knock Shrine Museum.

    John Nooran, parish of Clomnish, County Fermanagh. Cured of a running sore on the face. He suffered fom it twenty- five years.

  • HIP DISEASE

    Brigid Mary Galvin, Cork Cured of the hip disease. She had consulted several doctors, been five weeks in a Cork hospital, and seven months in one in Dublin, all to no good purpose.

  • HEART TROUBLE

    Brigid Matilda Dillion. Weakness of the heart. The recovery in this case has been complete.

  • SIGHT RETURNS TO EYE AFTER 18 YEARS
